What are the system requirements?

The only system requirements are:

■​Internet Explorer 7 and 8

■Mozilla Firefox 3.0 to 3.6

■Safari 3.6

What kind of technical support do you provide?

You have 24/7 access to technical support. If you are having problems regarding a technical issue, please email support@digitalignite.com. For any questions about courses please email molly.terhune@ucdenver.eduor call 303-724-7430 for assistance.

I can't remember my password?

We understand how many passwords you have to manage. If you happen to forget your password, simple click hereto reset it.

Trouble viewing the interactive videos?

If you are having trouble viewing the module interactive videos, try disenabling your cookies. Not sure how to do this? Click here.

How do I receive my certificates?

Under the My Learning tab you can keep track of your credits, your grades and your certificates. Once you have completed a course, the certificate will be emailed directly to you. If you would like it resent, simply go to My Learning, select the course your received credit for and click the certificate link.
